To celebrate UWTSD’s Sustainability Week 2023, David and I have gathered together the selection of 10 Welsh Harmonious Treasures we showcased during our ‘Food Pirates’ Adventures at Lampeter Food Fest 2023, a joyful collaboration with Associate Professor Luci Attala and Professor Louise Steel of UWTSD’s UNESCO BRIDGES Hub.
Thanks to INSPIRE Civic Mission Officer, Laura-Cait Driscoll and UWTSD student Saskia Judd who helped at the event, and also to Despoina Tsimprikidou, UNESCO BRIDGES Hub & Associate Professor Thomas Jansen and Hazel Thomas (UWTSD) for key support.
May this Sustainability Week not only enrich the community at UWTSD but also serve as a beacon of inspiration to all those beyond our campus. HES 2020-2025 
Congratulations on a brilliant publication and compendium of Welsh food producers who featured in Lampeter Food Festival 2023. It was the busiest Food Festival since pre-pandemic and the town and communities, far and wide, supported with gusto. The weather also helped! Wishing all those established and nascent businesses success and prosperity in these difficult economic times. The brochure will also provide a great marketing opportunity and platform for the future.
